As an activity director at Bridgeway senior retirement home, and this Saturday we hosted a butterfly themed happy hour. It was a delightful event filled with wine, cookies, and laughter. Everyone came dressed in their finest butterfly attire, from butterfly shirts to butterfly jewelry. I even wore a butterfly mask, wings, and my Lifestyle aide, Jeannie wore a butterfly headband and bracelet to join in on the fun. The atmosphere was joyful and whimsical, as we all celebrated the beauty of butterflies and enjoyed each other’s company. It was a truly magical afternoon that brought smiles to everyone’s faces.
